Privacy Policy
Effective August 25, 2026. This policy explains what FlowerDeals (flowerdeals.co) collects and how it is used.
Affiliate disclosure
FlowerDeals participates in affiliate programs operated by florists and affiliate networks. When you click a link to a florist and complete a purchase, FlowerDeals may receive a commission. This does not add any cost to you. Prices you see on FlowerDeals are the florist's own prices.
Information we collect
- Search inputs. The ZIP code and delivery date you enter are used to show relevant results. They are not linked to your identity.
- Reminders. If you save a date, we store the email address and the occasion you provide so we can send the reminder. You can unsubscribe with one click in any email.
- Contact form. Name, email and message you send us, used only to reply.
- Usage data. Standard analytics (pages viewed, links clicked, device type) collected through privacy‑respecting analytics to improve the service. Affiliate networks may set a cookie when you click through to a florist so the florist can attribute the sale.
What we do not do
- We do not sell personal information.
- We do not process payments or store card details — orders are completed on the florist's website under their privacy policy.
- We do not send marketing newsletters unless you explicitly opt in.
Third parties
Florist websites and affiliate networks (such as CJ, Impact and Rakuten) have their own privacy policies that apply once you leave FlowerDeals. Email reminders are delivered through a mailing service provider acting on our behalf.
Your choices
You may request access to or deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@flowerdeals.co. California residents have the rights described in the CCPA; we do not sell personal information.
Changes
We will post any changes to this policy on this page with an updated effective date.
